As a California Legal Document Assistant (LDA Sonoma County #000086), I am qualified to prepare California legal documents for my clients. Prior to becoming a Paralegal, I was a Superior Court Family Law Filing Clerk, where I attended a specialized legal processing training program created and developed by the Sonoma County Bench.

After receiving my Paralegal Studies Degree from Empire Business & Law School, I became Litigation Paralegal and subsequently a Senior Litigation Paralegal in a progressive Family Law firm where I worked for more than 30 years. I have over 75,000 hours of family law experience drafting legal documents in Dissolutions (divorces), Legal Separations, Parentage Actions, Nullities, Modifications, Post-Judgment Matters, Enforcement Actions, Trials, and other family law matters. I have completed thousands of family law legal documents including initial case pleadings, Stipulation and Orders, Marital Settlement Agreements, Request for Orders, Responsive Pleadings, Income and Expense Declarations, Schedules of Assets and Debts, Points and Authorities, Trial Briefs, and many other family law documents involving child custody, parenting plans, child support, spousal support, property issues, and unique family law issues.

Throughout my career, I have worked with numerous family law attorneys throughout California. When clients have questions about their legal rights and responsibilities, I have established relationships with several family law attorneys to ensure that my clients receive the necessary legal advice. My family law experience and connections save my clients time and money over the course of their case.

In addition to being an LDA, I am also a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®) and a Notary Public for my clients.
